Land auction in Soc Son and Me Linh districts: Highest winning price is over 93 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - Soc Son and Me Linh districts ( Hanoi ) have just organized an auction of 38 land lots, with the highest winning price reaching 93.4 million VND/m2.

Soc Son District (Hanoi City) recently organized an auction of 23 residential land plots in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune. The land plots have an area of ​​89-200 m2/plot with a starting price of 17 million VND/m2. The deposit for the land plots ranges from 311 million VND to more than 698 million VND. The form and method of auction is direct secret ballot at the auction according to the ascending price method.

As a result, all 23 plots were successfully auctioned. The plot with the highest winning price was 93.4 million VND/m2; the plot with the lowest winning price was 63.4 million VND/m2. This price is considered high compared to the general level in the area.

Previously, on March 8, Soc Son district also successfully auctioned the right to use 36 residential land plots in Dong Lai village (Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district). Of which, the land plot with the highest winning price was 48.9 million VND/m2 and the land plot with the lowest winning price was 29.9 million VND/m2.

It is known that the above 36 plots of land are the plots of land that were re-auctioned because in the auction on November 29, 2024, some subjects sabotaged them when they offered a price of 30 billion VND/m2.

Me Linh District (Hanoi) has recently auctioned 15 plots of land at X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune. The plots of land have an area of ​​100-198m2, starting price 5.6 million VND/m2. Participants need to deposit an amount of about 112-222 million VND/plot.

15 plots of land were auctioned in multiple rounds, at least 3 rounds with each price step of 6 million VND/m2. The auction attracted about 85 participants with more than 360 applications. At the end of the session, all 15 plots were successfully sold with the highest price of 77.6 million VND/m2. The lowest winning plot had a price of 71.6 million VND/m2.
