Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee announced that it has approved the investment policy and approved the investor of the project to invest in construction and business of technical infrastructure of Cam Thanh Industrial Park expansion for Nguyen Hung Construction Company Limited.
The project is implemented in Cam Thanh commune, Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province with a land area of 30 hectares. The service products provided are leasing of premises and infrastructure and technical systems for secondary investors to build factories and plants for production and business.
The project has a total investment capital of 385.746 billion VND. Of which, the investor's capital contribution is 78 billion VND, mobilized capital is 307.746 billion VND. Regarding the investor's capital contribution, Thanh Phuong QT Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company contributed 62.4 billion VND and Nguyen Hung Construction Company Limited contributed 15.6 billion VND.

The project has a 50-year operating period from the date of investment policy approval. It is expected that the project will start infrastructure construction in the fourth quarter of 2026. Construction and installation of the entire project will be completed, the technical infrastructure of the industrial park will be accepted and put into use, and the project will be accepted and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
