When it comes to lotus season in Hanoi, everyone will be familiar with the lotus season in West Lake, or Xuan Dinh, Bac Tu Liem, or Ninh So, Thuong Tin. These are all large-scale and famous lotus ponds in Hanoi. But today, we will take you to explore another lotus pond that is no less special, that is An Phu - My Duc, a lotus pond located in the suburbs of Hanoi with extremely impressive scenery.
Lotus Pond is located in My Duc district, quite far from the center of Hanoi , about 55km southwest of Hanoi city.
The best time to see lotus flowers is from 7am to 8am.
Known as the largest lotus pond in the North, with an area of nearly 200 hectares interspersed among limestone mountains. This is what has created the unique natural picture of this lotus pond.
Lotus season in An Phu usually lasts from June to September every year, and is especially blooming and most beautiful in June and July.
As the early morning sunlight penetrates every corner of the peaceful countryside, each lotus bud rises from the water, proud and resilient, spreading its petals and spreading a gentle fragrance. The pink of the petals, mixed with the yellow of the stamens and the green of the leaves, creates a harmonious symphony of colors.
Lotus in An Phu is not big, but fresh and fragrant, loved by many people. Currently, the lotus field in An Phu commune is an ideal destination for nature lovers, especially those who love this beautiful flower.
