Hanoi pilots administrative procedures regardless of geographical boundaries

From now until November 30, the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center will pilot the expansion of the entire system of procedures regardless of geographical boundaries in order to continue to expand and comprehensively innovate the work of handling administrative procedures.

After this phase, the City Public Administration Service Center continues to evaluate, perfect the model and officially implement administrative procedures regardless of geographical boundaries.

The pilot will apply to all administrative procedures under the State management of the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Justice, Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Department of Tourism, Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Planning and Architecture, City Inspectorate, Office of the City People's Committee, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Hanoi Land Registration Office and its affiliated branches, Management Board of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of the city. Along with that are all administrative procedures under the authority of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the city, including procedures implemented jointly with the provincial level.

The pilot does not apply to administrative procedures that are in the process of research, reporting, and proposing amendments and supplements to legal regulations according to current regulations so that they can be implemented in a manner that does not depend on administrative boundaries.

The pilot only applies to administrative procedures approved by the City People's Committee for implementation regardless of administrative boundaries under the management of the City People's Committee.

Citizens and businesses can submit their applications at any branch or public administrative service point under the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center, regardless of the administrative level, administrative boundary of residence, headquarters or place where relevant documents have been issued to citizens and businesses./.
