Reviewing the results of preparations for the 14th National Party Congress

On the morning of November 18, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th Party Congress chaired a meeting of the Standing Subcommittee to review the results of preparations for the 14th Congress.

At the meeting, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee, presented a report on the coordination of the implementation of organizational work to serve the 14th National Party Congress since the meeting on October 24, in which most of the items for upgrading and repairing the National Convention Center (NCC) have been completed; on the progress of implementing the key tasks of the Subcommittee.

After listening to the reports and comments, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu assessed that in promoting the sense of responsibility, basically, the agencies and units have made efforts to complete well, ensuring the quality of work according to the schedule of the assigned tasks. Some proposals and recommendations of the units are very close to reality.

The Standing Secretariat stated that there are about 2 months left until the 14th National Party Congress, and the assigned agencies must strive to complete the proposed plan, closely following the Politburo 's Conclusion, ensuring maximum and optimal quality and professionalism; performing well the 7 key tasks; reviewing and perfecting the content of propaganda slogans, speeches at the Congress, welcoming delegates and guests from home and abroad, and preparing for the general rehearsal...

Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Central Party Office to coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure that the design plan for the badges of delegates, guests, and designs... must be completed before December 20.

Regarding the plan for arrangement, layout, decoration, seating chart for delegates, domestic and international guests... in the space in the hall of the National Convention Center (NCC), the Standing Secretariat requested that functional agencies and units promptly complete and effectively deploy the content, ensuring compliance with principles, criteria, and science.

Regarding the decoration of the area where the 14th Party Congress will take place, Ba Dinh Central Area, Thang Long Avenue, roads, commune and ward centers, public places, etc., the Standing Secretariat basically agrees with the plan of the Hanoi Party Committee, and at the same time requests the city to continue to coordinate with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and relevant agencies to complete the design and installation to ensure aesthetics, simplicity, harmony with the urban landscape and demonstrate the solemnity, stature and significance of the important political event, in accordance with the direction of the Politburo.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Cam Tu emphasized the work of ensuring absolute security and safety before, during and after the Congress; assigning competent agencies to complete tasks on time; ensuring reception and logistics work... are done thoughtfully and thoroughly according to the plan for November-December 2025.

The Standing Secretariat requested the members of the Subcommittee to uphold their sense of responsibility, closely follow the overall plan and assigned tasks, and coordinate well during the implementation process.

The Central Party Office will continue to urge, inspect and coordinate with relevant agencies to successfully complete preparations for the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring compliance with the requirements and set goals./.
