Cat Hai Construction Company won 2 bid packages worth over 407 billion VND in Ha Nam

(PLVN) - According to information from the National Bidding Network, the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province has just approved Cat Hai Construction Company Limited to win both construction and equipment supply and installation packages for two social housing projects (Housing area for officials and doctors of Bach Mai Hospital and Housing area for officials and doctors of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital) in Phu Ly City. The total winning bid value of both packages is more than 407 billion VND.

Previously, on May 24, 2025, the inviting party, the Project Management Board for Investment, Construction and Infrastructure Maintenance under the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province, issued a bidding notice for 02 bidding packages, including:

Package No. 07 Construction + equipment supply and installation of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at land plot OCT-01 according to the detailed planning at scale 1/500 of the housing area for officers, doctors, and employees of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital has an estimated cost of 136,257 billion VND.

Package No. 07 Construction + supply and installation of equipment for the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at plots CT01, CT02 according to the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the housing area for staff and doctors of Bach Mai Hospital in Phu Ly City has an estimated cost of 272,142 billion VND.

Both of the above packages are conducted through a nationwide open online bidding process, with a one-stage, one-envelope contractor selection method. Bidding will be closed/opened on June 4, 2025.

During the bidding process for the above 2 packages, there was only 1 contractor participating, submitting bidding documents and being approved as the winning bidder, which was Cat Hai Construction Company Limited.

In which, in Package No. 07 Construction + equipment supply and installation of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at land plot OCT-01 according to the detailed planning scale 1/500 of the housing area for officers, doctors, and employees of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the winning bid price is 135,849 billion VND, the implementation time is 360 days.

Package No. 07 Construction + supply and installation of equipment for the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at plots CT01, CT02 according to the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the housing area for staff and doctors of Bach Mai Hospital in Phu Ly City has a winning bid price of 271,339 billion VND, implementation time is 360 days.
