Establishment of Subcommittees and Standing Units of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung signed Decision No. 2000/QD-BTC dated June 17, 2025 on the establishment of Sub-committees and Standing Units of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish Subcommittees and Standing Units of the Organizing Committee of the "Exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)", including:

1. Content Subcommittee.

2. Propaganda Subcommittee.

3. Finance Subcommittee.

4. Foreign Affairs Subcommittee.

5. Festival Subcommittee.

6. Reception, Logistics and Facilities Subcommittee.

7. Security, Order and Health Subcommittee.

8. Standing department.

Based on the actual situation and considering the requirements and nature of the work, the Heads of the Sub-Committees and the Heads of the Standing Department shall report to the Head of the Organizing Committee for consideration and decision on adding or adjusting members who are representatives of a number of relevant agencies and units.

  Minister Nguyen Van Hung chaired the meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The Sub-committees are responsible for advising the Organizing Committee to organize and implement the Exhibition according to the approved Project and Plan, ensuring content and progress.

The standing department is responsible for advising the Organizing Committee in coordinating the activities of the Exhibition.

Heads of Sub-committees and Heads of Standing Departments are responsible for directing and managing the activities of the Sub-committees and Standing Departments; assigning tasks to each member; developing plans to carry out the tasks of the Sub-committees and Standing Departments assigned by the Organizing Committee, ensuring the implementation of the Exhibition Organization Plan.

The Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Sub-committees and Standing Units of the Exhibition Organizing Committee shall dissolve themselves after completing their tasks.
