The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the Project on Science Development and Application, Technology Transfer to Promote Circular Economy in Agriculture in the city by 2030.

Specifically, by 2030, 50% of farming establishments will apply technology to process, collect, recycle and reuse by-products of key products, of which 80% of straw will be collected and reused. In the livestock sector, 60% of household-scale livestock establishments and 100% of farm-scale livestock establishments will apply technology and techniques to process and reuse livestock waste.

In the aquaculture sector, 50% of aquaculture facilities apply sludge and wastewater treatment technology. To achieve the above goal, Ho Chi Minh City researches, develops and applies science - technology , technical advances, advanced production processes to serve circular agriculture, in which, priority is given to investment in research and development, creating technologies, closed processes in the chain...
