In the above Announcement, the Deputy Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the Ministry of Industry and Trade - the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee and the efforts of ministries, agencies, localities and units that have actively and focused on implementing tasks and work to prepare for the organization of the Autumn Fair 2025. The time from now until the opening day of the Fair is very short, to organize the Autumn Fair 2025 with quality and success according to the direction of the Prime Minister, it is necessary to have the determination and efforts of all relevant ministries, agencies, localities and units.

Urgently approve the Project to organize the Autumn Fair 2025

The Steering Committee requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to urgently review and approve the Project on organizing the 2025 Autumn Fair as a basis for ministries, agencies, localities and units to implement; coordinate and request the Ministry of Science and Technology and specialized associations to invite enterprises with scientific, technological and innovative products to actively participate in the 2025 Autumn Fair.

At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinates and requests the Ministry of Finance to strengthen the urging of State-owned corporations and groups in their respective fields, promptly mobilize and invite member enterprises to participate in the Fair; coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and news agencies and press to promote the organization of the Fair.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade produced a 6-minute short film to introduce the 2025 Autumn Fair at the Opening Ceremony and a 6-minute short film summarizing the results of the Fair, honoring participating businesses at the Closing Ceremony.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presides over and coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Television and relevant agencies to organize the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Prepare the content, program, detailed script, composition, and specific plans for reception, logistics, and welcoming; invite delegates and guests to attend the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Fair, ensure the organization of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies solemnly, commensurate with the event, and ensure absolute security and safety.

Vietnam Television organizes live broadcasts of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and arranges an MC to host the program. Voice of Vietnam organizes live broadcasts of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

Strengthening promotion, increasing the effectiveness and value of the 2025 Fall Fair

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Hanoi People's Committee to urgently implement and report on the progress of the implementation of tasks in the assigned sub-areas, send them to the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for general synthesis; preside over and coordinate with the Vietnam Exhibition Center Joint Stock Company (VEC) to urgently develop a security plan, absolute safety and order, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring landscape, environmental sanitation, health and food hygiene and safety, specifically notify the responsible units, contact person names, hotlines... within the deadline assigned in Notice No. 536/TB-VPCP dated October 5, 2025.

Based on the identity system that has been assessed and approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, promptly organize visual promotion on major roads and streets in Hanoi city.

Ministries, agencies, localities and units shall strengthen propaganda, promotion and interaction activities to increase the effectiveness and value of the 2025 Autumn Fair; review and select participating enterprises and units, ensuring that they are typical enterprises and units with resources and available quality goods and products to participate in the Fair.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to take place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025. This is the first Fair in Vietnam, organized on the largest scale (with about 3,000 booths), at the largest and most modern Center (area of about 100,000 m2) and with the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, ministries, branches, relevant agencies, corporations, general companies and private enterprises, domestic and foreign enterprises are mobilized to participate). The Fair will be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumption, promote production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers to participate, making an important contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025. At the same time, it is an opportunity to connect production units, businesses, creative organizations and the domestic public, while creating opportunities to introduce and promote cultural products imbued with Vietnamese identity.
