Speed up the construction progress of Bong urban center road project

The traffic project from Bong urban center, Vinh Loc district connecting provincial road 516B to National Highway 217 to Ha Trung district has a total length of more than 6.3km; roadbed 17.0m; road surface 15.0m; sidewalks on each side 1m. The project implementation period is 3 years with a total investment of 200 billion VND. This is a project with a very important role and position in the construction of Bong urban center and economic development in the future.

Up to now, the Project is implementing organic excavation, weathering and construction of embankment at two construction points. In which, the K95 roadbed structure layer is being constructed in the K95 section of the Km0+00-Km1+00 and Km3+800-Km4+700 section; the K98 roadbed is being constructed in the Km1+00-Km3+800 section; 16/22 box culverts with a span of 1.5x1.5m for horizontal drainage on the route and a prestressed reinforced concrete girder bridge across the Da But drainage canal at Km2+510 are being constructed. Up to now, the estimated completion rate is 43%.

Through on-site inspections, leaders of Vinh Loc district requested the investor and the district's functional agencies to study plans to speed up construction progress, ensure quality and aesthetics for the project; urge contractors to focus on human resources and equipment to construct the project; focus on disbursing public investment capital in 2024 quickly, promptly and effectively.
