According to Mr. Le Quang Trung - Chairman of Phuoc Son District People's Committee, National Highway 14E section passing through the district belongs to 3 communes of Phuoc Xuan, Phuoc Hoa and Phuoc Hiep. As of July 15, 2024, the District People's Committee has approved 50 compensation plans with a total value of 34.32 billion VND; the total number of households that have had their land recovered and approved compensation plans is 382 households and organizations.
To date, the locality has completed compensation payments for 45/50 approved plans; the remaining 5 plans are completing procedures to continue payment. The capital disbursement rate in 2024 to date is 9.32/25 billion VND (reaching 37%).
The total length of the route that has completed land acquisition, site clearance and handover to Project Management Board 4 - Vietnam Road Administration for construction is 20.81/23.78km (87.5% of the volume).
Regarding the relocation of technical infrastructure works, for the rural power supply line invested by the district and the 22kV power line of Dak Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company, the relocation outside the project construction area has been completed.
Regarding the 22kV power line of Quang Nam Power Company, Phuoc Son District People's Committee has directed the District Land Fund Development and Investment Project Management Board to actively coordinate with Quang Nam Power Company to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the site during the relocation process to ensure early completion of the relocation and handover of the construction site. Up to now, 36/42 pole positions have been relocated.
Reporting to Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Mr. Le Quang Trung informed that the locality has 4 households building houses on land belonging to projects 327 and 661; these households are all poor households, building houses according to Resolution 12 of the Provincial People's Council, so it is very difficult to mobilize them to move away from the project land.
Mr. Le Quang Trung said that the locality has requested Viettel Quang Nam to urgently dismantle and relocate the transformer station at km81+173 in Phuoc Hoa commune. Phuoc Son District People's Committee has sent an official dispatch requesting this unit to relocate before June 5, 2024, but so far it has not been implemented.
