Concluding the meeting, Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang emphasized that the progress of land clearance is currently showing signs of slowing down. Therefore, from now until June 15th, the communes must plan and arrange work appropriately to ensure the handover of land is completed on schedule as committed.
Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang also directed the units to apply the prices according to the issued unit price decisions to accelerate progress. At the same time, he requested the Khanh Hoa Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to urge the construction units to work overtime and complete the construction of the reburial cemetery as soon as possible to meet the requirements for land handover; and to urgently review and appraise resettlement areas 1 and 2 to select investors, noting that strict selection criteria must be issued to ensure transparency and efficiency. Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to issue a document guiding the two localities to fully input data into the province's land clearance monitoring software.
