A report presented at the meeting on evaluating the implementation of tasks related to reducing and simplifying administrative procedures and the application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures in 2025 by the Ministry of Health showed that some units have not yet thoroughly implemented the calculation, reduction, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions to ensure the targets required by the Government are met.

In response to the Government 's request, the Ministry of Health leadership has instructed its units to resolutely implement the task of completing, standardizing, publishing, and fully disclosing administrative procedures related to production and business activities, as well as the progress of building national and specialized databases; and to ensure data interconnection, synchronization, and sharing with the National Public Service Portal.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Health Vu Manh Ha requested that the remaining departments and divisions urgently and seriously coordinate with the National Health Information Center to review and restructure the administrative procedure processing for 50 administrative procedures whose required documents are replaced by information based on the database stipulated in Article 4 of Government Resolution No. 667/2025/NQ-CP dated November 15, 2025, on reducing and simplifying administrative procedures based on data, before January 1, 2026.

In addition, relevant departments and agencies should refer to the experience of the Ministry of Justice as stipulated in Decision 3458/QD-BTP of 2025 on the publication of civil registration data and guidance on connecting, exploiting, and using civil registration data to replace paper documents in resolving administrative procedures, in order to apply it quickly and smoothly.

The Ministry of Health leadership has assigned the Ministry's Office to monitor, review, and identify units that have not been proactive and serious in implementing the tasks, in order to clearly define and assess the responsibilities of the leaders and professional heads of each unit in carrying out the nhiệm vụ.
