Admission method of the Academy of Justice 2025

In 2025, the Judicial Academy will recruit students based on the following 3 methods:

Method 1: Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam;

Method 2: Admission based on high school academic results (only for candidates graduating from high school in 2025);

Method 3: Direct admission.

Admission requirements	- Pass the preliminary selection according to the regulations of the Judicial Academy. - Comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Academy's 2025 Admission Information.
Admission regulations	- Age : Not over 25 years old (as of the date of signing the Preliminary Notice). - Political and ethical standards : Good moral qualities, clear political history, loyal to the Party and the State. Father, mother, brother, sister, or spouse has not violated criminal law (except for traffic violations). - Health standards : Men ≥ 1.60m tall, ≥ 48kg in weight; Women ≥ 1.55m tall, ≥ 45kg in weight. No deformities, deformities, disabilities, lisping, stuttering, no chronic/chronic diseases.
Preliminary profile	- Application form (form M01). - Self-declared resume (form M02, confirmed in 2025). - Health certificate (district level, valid for 6 months). - Copy of citizen ID. - 04 4x6 photos. - Form source : District People's Court or http://hvta.toaan.gov.vn.
Time and place for submitting application documents	- Provincial/municipal People's Court (where permanent/temporary residence is registered): Submit at District People's Court, from April 25, 2025 to May 20, 2025. - Court Academy (Road 282, Phu Son Commune, Gia Lam, Hanoi ): From May 5, 2025 to May 30, 2025.
Time and place of preliminary selection	- Provincial/Municipal People's Court : According to the appointment or notice of the Court. - Judicial Academy : Notice on http://hvta.toaan.gov.vn. - Requirement : Present citizen identification card.
Note	- Submit application at only one location (Court or Academy). - Candidates must be present at the preliminary selection session. - Submit additional application documents according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Academy (details at http://hvta.toaan.gov.vn).
