According to the draft, annually, the Ministry of Planning and Investment synthesizes and reports to the Prime Minister on the implementation of bidding activities nationwide.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, state-owned enterprises, other agencies and organizations subject to the provisions of Article 2 of the Law on Bidding shall report on the implementation of bidding activities periodically every year in their localities, sectors and management fields on the National Bidding Network or send written reports to the Ministry of Planning and Investment in case of confidentiality requirements.
The Department of Planning and Investment, the unit assigned to manage bidding activities, assists ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, state-owned enterprises, other agencies and organizations in urging and synthesizing reports on the implementation of bidding activities periodically every year by investors and bidding inviters in the locality, industry and management field.
Investors and bidding parties shall report on the implementation of bidding activities of their bidding packages and projects to the Department of Planning and Investment, the unit assigned to manage bidding activities.
Time to report on the implementation of bidding activities
The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall report to the Prime Minister before April 15 of the following year of the reporting period. In case the above reporting time coincides with a weekly day off or a holiday as prescribed by the labor law, the reporting time shall be the first working day after the day off or holiday.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, other central agencies, provincial People's Committees, and state-owned enterprises shall submit reports on the National Bidding Network before February 1 of the following year of the reporting period. In case the above reporting time coincides with a weekly day off or a holiday as prescribed by labor law, the reporting time shall be the first working day after the day off or holiday.
Investors and bidding parties shall submit reports on the implementation of bidding activities periodically every year according to the reporting deadline requirements of the Department of Planning and Investment, the unit assigned to manage bidding activities.
