As of 11:00 a.m. on December 15, the whole province had 331,372/354,369 voters representing households according to the list participating in the election, reaching a rate of 93.51% to elect village, hamlet, and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term.
The province currently has 4/13 districts, towns and cities that have completed the election, including: Co To, Van Don, Uong Bi, Binh Lieu; 110/171 (accounting for 64.33%) communes, wards and towns have completed the election; 1,232/1,452 (accounting for 84.85%) villages, hamlets and neighborhoods have completed the election .
The election of village, hamlet and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term is a major political activity at the grassroots level, a national festival, contributing to building an increasingly strong political system.
To grasp the situation, developments in the organization and results of the election in the whole province, promptly guide and handle difficulties and problems arising at the grassroots level on election day, the Provincial People's Committee established an online bridge point of the province with districts, towns and cities from the opening to the end of the election. The Department of Home Affairs is always on duty to grasp the situation, developments, periodically summarize the results according to the sessions and at the end of the election. In some localities, an online transmission line is implemented to the commune level to promptly update information and progress from the election teams.
