On the afternoon of July 21, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) officially announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) according to the methods.
Accordingly, the floor score remains stable compared to 2024. For training majors in Ho Chi Minh City (KSA), the threshold to ensure input quality in 2025 is 702 points with the admission method of considering the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam combined with English proficiency; 22 points with the admission method of considering candidates with good academic results; 20 points with the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam combined with English proficiency.
For training programs in Vinh Long (KSV), the threshold to ensure input quality is 601 points with the admission method based on the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment test combined with English proficiency; 225 points with the admission method based on the results of the V-SAT university entrance assessment test organized by Can Tho University in 2025 combined with English proficiency; 19.5 points with the admission method based on good academic results; 16 points with the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam combined with English proficiency.
Notably, UEH said it has received a large number of applications from both training institutions. With the current registration status, a representative of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics predicts that the benchmark score will fluctuate up/down within 1 point depending on the training program.
