The program aims to build the image of households with a green, clean, civilized and modern lifestyle through safe, efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection electricity use. The goal is for Quang Nam Electricity Company to support and accompany households in implementing Directive No. 20/CT-TTg and commit to using electricity efficiently, saving at least 2% of total annual electricity consumption; contributing to the common goal of sustainable electricity use and environmental protection.
The program "Households save electricity 2024" is implemented from May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024. Participating households must satisfy the following minimum conditions: Continuously use electricity for domestic purposes and have monthly electricity consumption of level 4 or higher in 2023, no change in electricity use purpose, electricity usage rate and no violation of electricity usage during the program participation period (from May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024); Have specific solutions for safe and economical electricity use (use LED lights, use electrical equipment with energy labels, equipment using renewable energy, turn off electrical equipment when leaving the room ...).
Evaluation criteria and award structure: Granting the certificate of "Electricity-saving household 2024" with a bonus of VND 300,000/household to 80 customer households with the highest electricity saving rate of 10% or more of electricity consumption in the 3 months of May, June, July 2024 compared to the electricity consumption of the same 3 months of 2023; with a bonus of VND 200,000/household to 80 customer households with the highest electricity saving rate, from 5% to less than 10% of electricity consumption in the 3 months of May, June, July 2024 compared to the electricity consumption of the same 3 months of 2023. The total bonus is VND 40 million.
Quang Nam Electricity Company in coordination with the Department of Industry and Trade will organize a summary and award ceremony for households achieving "Energy-saving households 2024", expected in September 2024.
