Storm No. 5 caused heavy rain and strong winds, severely affecting many localities in the North Central region, especially Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, disrupting the power system in some places. In this situation, Son La Province Electricity Company established a shock team to coordinate in overcoming storm No. 5 in Nghe An province.
