Congratulations on the National Day of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the National Day of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (September 9, 1948 - September 9, 2025), General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong sent a joint congratulatory message to General Secretary and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Pak Thae Song.

In their congratulatory messages, the Vietnamese high-ranking leaders congratulated the important achievements that the Party, State and People of the DPRK have attained over the past 77 years; were pleased with the progress of the Vietnam-DPRK relationship after the official friendship visit to Vietnam by Chairman Kim Jong Un in March 2019; and expressed their wish to continue to develop the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries in a more substantial and effective manner, in accordance with the interests of the two peoples, contributing to maintaining peace , stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

On this occasion, Acting Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung also sent a congratulatory message to Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui./.
