From June 1, about 37,000 business households with revenue of 1 billion VND/year are required to use cash registers directly connected to tax authorities to issue electronic invoices, increasing transparency in tax management.
Having to equip a cash register that connects directly to the tax authorities is a significant investment, causing many small businesses to worry about finances, especially when cash flow is limited. Some households that are not familiar with technology have difficulty operating the software, issuing electronic invoices and ensuring proper procedures.
Sapo is a company that provides a multi-channel sales management platform, currently serving more than 230,000 sellers nationwide. Recently, this technology company introduced the Sapo 6870 software solution, supporting small businesses to manage sales, sign and issue electronic invoices using only smartphones without having to invest in additional computers, separate digital signature devices or complex infrastructure.

Sapo sales management application is designed simply on the phone, easy to use even for people who are not familiar with technology. HSM digital signature is also integrated, eliminating the need to use USB tokens or specialized hardware, making digital signing more convenient. Electronic invoices are initiated directly from the cash register, ensuring full compliance with Decree 70/2025/ND-CP.
Sapo said it supports giving away free sales management applications on phones along with HSM digital signatures for trial from 6 to 12 months for business households. Service packages cost from 599 thousand VND to nearly 3 million VND, applicable to 500 to 10,000 invoices, helping to minimize initial investment costs.
