Forest exploitation activities achieved positive results, with the total volume of timber exploitation reaching over 11,412 m3 ^, an increase of 23.8% over the same period. However, violations of forestry laws tended to increase, with 236 violations detected (an increase of 93.3% over the same period); 184 cases were handled, including 76 administrative penalties and 109 criminal cases. The estimated forest area decreased by 105.21 hectares, 8.9 times higher than the same period last year, of which the forest area decreased mainly due to forest fires with 79.352 hectares; and 25.858 hectares due to deforestation and forest encroachment.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to change the purpose of forest use to implement 16 projects with a total area of ​​94.59 hectares; organize the payment of forest environmental services in 2024 according to plan, the total revenue from forest environmental services reached more than 3.8 billion VND.
