Less than 5 months after giving birth to her first daughter, the actress has almost regained her previous figure. "After giving birth, I lost 17kg. I exercised regularly every day, and after 3 months I was confident enough to go out" - Karen Nguyen said.
To get back in shape after giving birth, she worked out like crazy.
Karen Nguyen shared that her husband did not put pressure on her to quickly get back in shape, but the fact that she was aware of herself as an actress and wanted to return to work soon urged her to work hard. Karen Nguyen said she started exercising again about 6 weeks after giving birth. In addition to exercising, Karen Nguyen also pays attention to her diet. The beauty born in 1993 usually only eats rice or foods high in carbs for breakfast and lunch. Karen Nguyen's dinner menu is mainly protein from meats such as pork, chicken, beef and vegetables. The actress revealed that after giving birth, she did not eat pig's feet because she did not like to eat fat, so it also somewhat limited the amount of calories consumed in each meal.
