Actor Tung Duong 'The Judge' hospitalized

Tung Duong just posted a photo taken at Hanoi Lung Hospital with the caption: " Life is still beautiful. Oh zee!". In the photo, he is wearing a hospital gown, sitting and eating on a hospital bed. Many colleagues expressed their concern, sent their regards and encouragement to Tung Duong, but the actor has yet to reveal his illness.

In the years before deciding to stop acting, Tung Duong had many health problems. The actor had congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, ventricular premature contractions, irregular heartbeats, and skipped beats. He had been hospitalized for a heart attack. Because of this disease, for the past 3-4 years, despite receiving several invitations, he has not participated in any more films.

"For the past few years, due to my heart disease's unfavorable progress, I have not been able to act in films anymore. In general, I have retired because my health is not good enough. If I have the energy, I will stay home and write scripts," Tung Duong once shared.

Tung Duong, born in 1969, is a familiar face to audiences due to his appearances in many TV series such as: Mysterious Journey, Happy Singles, Silver Swamp, Calm River, Border Underground... In recent years, he has worked as a screenwriter and trained young actors. His most recent project was the role of a gangster boss in The Judge.

Despite his success on screen, Tung Duong's personal life has been full of ups and downs. The actor has been divorced three times. In a 2020 interview, Tung Duong said he maintains a good relationship with his ex-wives.

Recently, he married his fourth wife (12 years younger, a businesswoman) after nearly a year of dating. The artist said they met at an event and quickly fell in love.
