Adjusting local planning of 3 subdivisions in Bien Hoa city

The Provincial People's Committee has issued decisions approving local adjustments to the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for 3 subdivisions in Bien Hoa city, including: Trung Dung ward; Tan Bien ward; Buu Long tourist and residential area in Buu Long ward.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee adjusted the area of more than ^237m2 of land plot No. 227, map sheet No. 10, Trung Dung ward from the function ofeducational land planning to the function of public works land planning (neighborhood office); adjusted the area of more than ^374m2 of land plot No. 227, map sheet No. 10, Trung Dung ward from the function of educational land planning to the function of religious land planning.

Adjust the area of over 8,000 ^m2 of land plot No. 192, map sheet No. 10, Tan Bien ward from the function of planning residential land for the project to the function of planning educational land. Adjust the planning function from the land for camping in Buu Long Tourist and Residential Area, Buu Long ward to the function of planning traffic land with an area of over 6,800 ^m2 to build a connecting road from Dong Nai riverside road to Huynh Van Nghe street with a length of about 280m, road clearance of 24m.
