Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the progress of the investment project to build houses in residential area No. 1, Dien Thang urban area, by the end of November 2024, compensation and site clearance for the remaining area must be completed to continue construction. By the end of March 2025, the project must be completed, accepted and handed over to put the project into operation.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the investor, DHTC Investment and Development Company Limited, to be responsible for working with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area. Urgently implement the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with the law on construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; take full responsibility before the law for any violations in the investment, construction and real estate business of the project.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to urgently direct relevant departments, units and localities to coordinate with the investor to focus on speeding up the progress, resolving problems in compensation and site clearance and urging the investor to speed up the construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved planning and ensure the progress time adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee, promoting the effectiveness and objectives of the project.
In case the compensation and site clearance work for the remaining area is not completed by the assigned deadline, the investor shall coordinate with the investor to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance work and propose to the Provincial People's Committee a handling direction based on Plan No. 1892 dated March 19, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee to complete the project.
