Top three players

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire has been on air since 2005 and is one of VTV's most popular shows. After two decades on air, the three best players in the show's history have been revealed.

In the broadcast on the evening of November 26, Player Pham Cao Long - a retired teacher from Hai Duong - excellently answered 13 questions of the program. From the beginning of the competition, Mr. Pham Cao Long had a reasonable strategy of using the help right. The player also has extensive knowledge in many fields.

In the 14th question about painting, the player had a hunch that the answer was correct but ran out of help so he decided to stop playing. He took home a check worth 80 million VND (the prize in question 13). When making the decision, Mr. Pham Cao Long said he was very regretful but could not take the risk because there was no data to choose the answer.

MC Dinh Tien Dung and his crew decided to create a hypothetical situation for players to try to answer the 15th question. This is the first time this situation has appeared in Who is a millionaire. Mr. Pham Cao Long's performance also attracted attention on social networks.

Engineer Le Anh and vlogger Tran Dang Dang Khoa (pictured below) both won 14 questions.

Previously, only two players had reached the 14th question of the show. That was Mr. Le Anh who participated in the broadcast on September 9, 2008. He answered 14 questions correctly, won 80 million VND and chose to stop playing at the last question.

The remaining record holder is travel vlogger Tran Dang Dang Khoa, who joined the show in 2001. He completed 14 questions, answered question 15 incorrectly, and returned to the prize level of 22 million VND (question 10).

So, after 20 years on air, the show still hasn't found its audience. millionaire won all 15 questions. In 2018, Who is a millionaire? Also noted was a rare case where all four aids were used and the answer was still incorrect.
