Locate Ca Mau tourism on the national map.
Ca Mau has many unique potentials: unique mangrove and U Minh Ha ecosystems, abundant seafood resources, Southern amateur music culture and many folk festivals with the breath of the river region. However, the weakness of Ca Mau tourism in recent years has been the lack of clear brand recognition, undiversified products, and short tourist season.
To position itself sustainably, Ca Mau needs to choose a different direction, not just stopping at "tourism at the end of the country", but reaching the image of "green southernmost point - identity and experience". This is an approach that is consistent with the trend of green tourism and community-based experiential tourism that is developing strongly in Vietnam.

Tourists experience net pulling in the mangrove forest.
Strategic infrastructure projects such as the Can Tho - Ca Mau, Ca Mau - Dat Mui expressways, Hon Khoai port cluster, and upgrading Ca Mau airport will help the locality make a breakthrough in connectivity. When completed, this transport network will not only shorten travel time, but also turn Ca Mau into a gateway connecting cross-regional tourism, from the Mekong Delta to the islands.

Special cuisine attracts tourists.
Identifying tourism as one of the four economic pillars along with aquaculture, clean energy and typical agriculture, Ca Mau is moving towards a harmonious development model between economy and ecology. Community tourism models along the forest, marine eco-tourism, and local culinary products are being encouraged to develop in association with green criteria, such as reducing plastic waste, using recycled materials, or communicating about environmental conservation. From a remote land, Ca Mau is gradually being reshaped on the Vietnamese tourism map: not only the end point of the journey to the South, but also the starting point for the country's unique, green and sustainable experiences.
