The identities of the next five beautiful women in the program are: singer My Linh, singer Bao Anh, MC Hoang Oanh, MC Van Hugo, and businesswoman Huyen Baby.
My Linh said that she decided to participate in the 2023 "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves" competition because she felt it was a highly entertaining and humane program that highlighted the emotions of mature women.
However, initially, she was hesitant to accept the invitation because she was afraid of having to dance and join a group. The singer had never done these things before.
"I have a group of young people who have been close to me for many years. They encouraged me and sent me the original versions for reference. I asked my husband and daughter, My Anh. Both of them supported me participating because it had been a long time since I appeared on television. Everyone encouraged me so much that I decided to participate," the diva expressed.
Vietnamese diva My Linh said she was hesitant to participate in the "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves" competition because she was afraid of dancing.
Speaking about her fear of dancing, My Linh frankly admitted that it's not her strong point, so she worries about not performing well.
The singer of "Huong Ngoc Lan" further shared: "I'm not good at dancing, so I was afraid of being criticized and looking clumsy when performing it. Then, I thought, maybe I'll be determined and learn a new skill."
Furthermore, the audience certainly doesn't expect us to dance like a professional group. So my clumsiness can bring laughter to the audience, adding more fun to the show.”
Van Hugo is ready to make a comeback to showbiz.
Returning to the entertainment industry after a hiatus, MC Van Hugo said she didn't find it too difficult to participate in the show "Beautiful Sisters Riding the Waves."

The female MC confided: "I'm not someone who's overly obsessed with the glitz and glamour of showbiz, so I didn't have any difficulty returning to artistic activities."
In the past, I also spent time studying abroad, had my first child, and experienced many periods of inactivity in my career. Everything came back to me very naturally.
Therefore, I didn't have any difficulty. My job was to try to keep up with the program's requirements; whatever I needed to do, I would try to hone those skills."
Meanwhile, singer Bao Anh said: "I came to the program to have new experiences, open up to people, and find a group of female friends."
Thus, by September 6th, half of the artists participating in "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves" have been revealed. The list of confirmed participants includes: Thu Phuong, Uyen Linh, Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, Ha Kino, Yen Trang, Thanh Ngoc, Tu Vi, Dieu Nhi and Pham Lich, My Linh, Bao Anh, Hoang Oanh, Van Hugo and Huyen Baby.
In the Vietnamese version of "Beautiful Sister Riding the Waves," artists will form groups of 3, 5, or 7 members to perform musical and dance routines each night.
Viewers vote directly and publicly to determine which groups are safe to advance to the next round. Members of groups in "danger" face the risk of temporarily leaving the program if they receive the lowest number of votes.
After five nights of performances and a gala night, the show will find the seven most outstanding beauties who will win based on audience votes.
The "Beautiful Women Riding the Waves 2023" program will air on VTV3 channel next October.
