From September 27-30, 2025, the delegation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province, led by Mr. Nguyen Dang An, Director of the Department, attended the cultural and tourism exchange activities in Baise city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi, China, to promote the effective implementation and concretization of the Joint Communique of the Spring Meeting Program in 2025 between the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang (now Tuyen Quang province), Vietnam and the Secretary of the Guangxi Regional Party Committee, China, the 16th Joint Working Committee Conference, promoting tourism promotion and linkage activities, cooperating in building tourism products, promoting the connection of travel agencies, cooperating in removing difficulties to facilitate businesses and tourists; cooperate in organizing exchange activities and cultural and tourism events between the two sides.

Within the framework of the Program, The delegation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province attended the Exchange Talks between the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Hai Phong city, Vietnam and the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi, China, to continue to implement cooperation in culture and tourism development, people-to-people exchange between localities of Vietnam and Guangxi. Through the exchange, the parties agreed to continue to strengthen political trust and traditional friendship, promote cooperation in the field of culture and tourism to develop more substantially and effectively, contributing to bringing the Vietnam-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership to a new height.

At the end of the Dialogue, the Parties signed the Minutes of the Talks "Minutes of the Talks on the Cultural and Tourism Exchange and Cooperation Program between the provinces of Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Hai Phong City, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the People's Republic of China", thereby reaching many important common perceptions on friendly exchanges and cooperation in the coming time, including: maintaining regular exchange activities; cooperating to promote the development of border tourism; researching and perfecting the scope and duration of stay in border tourism.

During the Program, the Delegation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province met with the Delegation of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi, China and surveyed some tourist attractions in Baise city, Chongzuo, Guangxi, China./.
