Before the spirit of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the delegation of Hai Duong province expressed their emotion and infinite sorrow at the passing of the head of the Communist Party of Vietnam, an outstanding leader who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the people, a loyal, intelligent, exemplary, and honest communist who always lived his whole life according to his ideals, making many great and especially outstanding contributions to the country.

Deeply mourning the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the delegates observed a minute of silence and vowed to follow the example of comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, always striving, uniting, being creative, promoting will and aspiration, leading the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, making the province increasingly developed, prosperous and civilized.
