BHG - On the afternoon of December 2, the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province, including Ms. Ly Thi Lan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province; Ms. Pham Thuy Chinh, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee; Ms. Hoang Ngoc Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, had a meeting with voters after the 8th Session of the XV National Assembly in Dong Van district. Attending were leaders of Dong Van district and many voters in the district.

At the meeting, National Assembly Deputy Hoang Ngoc Dinh informed voters of the results of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly . Specifically, the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly was held in the form of a concentrated meeting at the National Assembly House. After 29.5 working days, divided into 2 sessions from October 21 to November 30, with the spirit of innovation, solidarity, democracy, intelligence, urgency and high responsibility, the 8th Session completed the proposed program. At the session, the National Assembly considered and decided on a large amount of work, including many difficult and complicated issues related to many sectors and fields. The National Assembly voted to pass 18 laws and 21 important resolutions. Personnel work was also carried out strictly in accordance with regulations, receiving high consensus and unanimity from the National Assembly deputies.

After listening to the report, voters of Dong Van district gave their opinions and recommendations to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the following contents: Requesting relevant ministries and branches to soon provide specific instructions for a number of projects and sub-projects under national target programs that have not yet been provided with instructions; supplementing sufficient human resources according to job positions at medical facilities; adjusting and increasing allowances for village health workers, village midwives, and medical collaborators; needing appropriate attraction policies for highly qualified and specialized cadres to work at district-level medical units; recommending adjustments to Decree No. 20/2021 of the Government in the direction of only supporting midwives giving birth according to the State's incentive policy; increasing the support level for collectives and individuals participating in protecting borders and landmarks according to Directive 01/2015 of the Government on organizing a mass movement to participate in protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation; Do not streamline the staff in the Education sector; propose to invest in building a new clean water treatment plant and domestic water reservoir in Dong Van town...

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang Province, Ly Thi Lan, thanked the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the voters of Dong Van District. At the same time, she answered and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations that voters were interested in, which are under the authority of the National Assembly Delegation. For recommendations that are not under the authority of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, the National Assembly Delegation of the province will synthesize, report to the National Assembly Standing Committee and forward to the Government, ministries, central branches and competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
