On the morning of October 21, within the framework of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, at the group discussion session, the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province presented 2 billion VND to support Nghe An province to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10 and the circulation of storm No. 11.
