Voters' representatives made recommendations at the meeting.

Regarding the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels, voters agreed and highly agreed with the policy of the National Assembly and the Government . However, voters suggested merging only administrative units that are too small in scale; reviewing regulations and standards for arrangement at commune, district and provincial levels in accordance with the management level of cadres, psychology and regional customs; having a plan to handle and rearrange assets, offices and surplus cadres after the merger to ensure suitability and avoid waste. Regarding the positions of non-professional workers at commune level, voters suggested continuing to assign the task of the Party Committee Office to the Statistics civil servant as before to suit the local reality.

Voters also reflected that the situation of fraud and property appropriation on cyberspace and via mobile phone numbers is becoming more common with increasingly sophisticated methods and tricks. In the face of this situation, voters proposed that the National Assembly recommend that competent authorities take measures to more strictly manage the use of phone SIM cards (junk SIM cards), activities on social networks and have strong sanctions with enough deterrence, thereby preventing and repelling high-tech crimes via social networks and mobile phone numbers, bringing a peaceful life to the people.

Regarding the issue of salary and price increases, voters suggested that the Government should have effective solutions to control inflation and stabilize market prices of goods so that salary increases ensure their purpose and meaning, improving the lives of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

Voters requested that competent authorities consider promptly repairing and upgrading the Yen Thang lake dike, which is deteriorating, to serve agricultural production and socio-economic development of the district in the coming time. At the same time, they requested the Provincial People's Council to consider and increase the rate of revenue sharing between the budgets of local authorities at all levels for the communes to benefit in order to have resources to complete the criteria for building advanced and model new rural communes...
