On August 14, the inspection team of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) worked with the Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training on the implementation of state management of education when implementing a two-level local government.

After listening to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training and representatives of some communes and wards reporting on the situation, the inspection team assessed that the Department of Education and Training had seriously implemented the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training on decentralization, delegation of authority, and assignment of authority in the field of education when implementing the model of organizing a two-level local government; proactively deployed education and training tasks in the area; issued specific guidance documents to the People's Committees of communes, wards and educational institutions; leaders of communes and wards promoted a sense of responsibility in implementing tasks.

The inspection delegation representative suggested that the Department of Education and Training promote its coordinating role in the entire sector, increase training for localities in the spirit of "hand-holding" to improve the effectiveness of task implementation; continue to research and advise all levels to supplement resources for the education sector; organize for communes and wards to exchange and share practical experiences to find solutions to remove obstacles and difficulties. The delegation also acknowledged the recommendations and proposals of the Department of Education and Training and localities, especially on investing resources and digital data to improve the effectiveness of education management. These contents will be compiled, reported and advised to the Ministry of Education and Training for adjustments and instructions suitable to reality.
