Inspection delegation No. 1622 of the Provincial Party Committee works with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee

On April 25, Inspection Team No. 1622 of the Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Trung Thao, Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, worked with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the leadership and direction of the implementation of the Infrastructure Development Program in the City.

Implementing the Infrastructure Development Program, the City Party Committee issued 5 resolutions to lead and direct the implementation of socio -economic development tasks; organized periodic conferences to provide policies and opinions on the development of transport, tourism, urban areas, and socio-economic digital infrastructure; periodically every month, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee organized a 4-party (expanded) meeting to discuss in depth and thoroughly each topic related to socio-economic development. Issued Plan No. 164-KH/TU, dated May 9, 2022, to implement Program No. 10-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on infrastructure development (transport, tourism, urban areas, digital infrastructure) in the City for the period 2021 - 2025. Directed affiliated agencies and units to regularly follow the assigned contents and tasks; Coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement site clearance, construction planning, tourism development...

The capital allocated for investment projects to develop infrastructure in the area under Program No. 10-Ctr/TU is 1,856.39 billion VND. To date, the City has allocated 1,147.69 billion VND to develop transport infrastructure, tourism infrastructure, urban infrastructure and digital infrastructure.

The City recommends: The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee have a suitable roadmap to bring residential real estate products to the market, consider adding more types of warehouse and factory real estate suitable to actual needs; The Provincial People's Committee considers and revokes urban development projects for unqualified investors; focuses on allocating funds for the City to build and complete the land database with the goal of granting land use right certificates to 100% of the population. The Provincial People's Committee adds a number of urban area projects such as: Urban Development Project No. 7A, resettlement area of 2 new urban areas of the City, resettlement area serving site clearance for the Na Rua iron mine open-pit mining project... to the list of key projects. The Provincial People's Committee balances and arranges funds for the City People's Committee to invest in completing the urban transport network, especially the main urban roads...

The inspection team requested the City Party Committee to supplement the results of propaganda work; the issuance of documents implementing Program No. 10 of the Provincial Party Committee is integrated into other programs of the City; provide more data in detailed tables showing the results of implementing Plan No. 1636; evaluate the progress and predictability of implementing zoning plans in the area. There should be detailed assessments and comments during the implementation of urban development projects (related to planning, to people's lives)...
