Ho Chi Minh City artists sing with soldiers on remote islands

On the afternoon of November 10, the HCM City Artists' Group had an exchange and performed an art program with soldiers of the 792nd Engineering Battalion, the Military Command of Con Dao District ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province). At the exchange, the HCM City Artists' Group brought many meaningful performances and exchanges.

In particular, during the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Artists' Group presented 15 gifts to soldiers of the 792nd Engineering Battalion, Con Dao District Military Command.

The program is part of the journey to the source "Con Dao - Sacred land of the Fatherland" in 2023, organized by the Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

This annual journey to the source is an opportunity for artists to better understand the history of the nation's struggle to build and defend the country.

At the exchange, cai luong artist Binh Tinh brought an excerpt from "The Heroine Who Built the Nation", cai luong artist Vo Thanh Phe brought an excerpt from cai luong "The Love Story of Chau Long".

Singer Nguyen Phi Hung created an extremely exciting atmosphere with his familiar hit "Dang Em". Singer Duong Quoc Hung performed the song "Vo vi"; singer Quoc Dai sang "Mot dem say"; singer Kim Lien showed off her voice with "Viet Nam trong toi la".

Golden Bell of Southern Folk Music Phung Ngoc Bay and artist Kim Thuy duet "New Strings".

Artist couple Doan Dai Hoa and Duong Ngoc Ha perform the song "Our Youth".
