Promising young centre-back from Real Madrid's La Fabrica academy, Jacobo Ramon, is set to become the latest piece in coach Cesc Fabregas' promising squad.

According to AS , negotiations between Real Madrid and Como have reached the final stage, with a permanent sale agreement with a buy-back clause, ensuring control of the player's future for the Spanish club.

Real Madrid will also receive 50% of the transfer fee if Como sells Ramon to another club in the future. The deal is the next step in Real Madrid's strategy to develop young talent, while also strengthening Como's ambitions under coach Fabregas.

Ramon, 20, has been a standout for Castilla, Real Madrid's youth team. He is considered one of the most promising young defenders in the club. Ramon made his debut for Real Madrid's first team in January in a Champions League match against RB Salzburg.
