On the morning of October 16, the Farmers' Association of Ea Ktur commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Tran Thi Phuong Hang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Farmers' Affairs Committee (Provincial Farmers' Association); Nguyen Van Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ea Ktur Commune Party Committee; Y Ngon Nie, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, and 120 official delegates attended.

Ea Ktur Commune identifies three breakthroughs in sustainable socio -economic development

During the last term, the Farmers' Association of Ea Ktur commune mobilized members and farmers to support 9,000 trees and seedlings to help 42 households escape poverty; mobilized members to work and participate in renovating and repairing more than 54.11km of roads and 2km of canals.

The Commune Farmers' Association has actively supported 1,409 households with loans of 21 billion VND, raising the total outstanding loan balance entrusted to the bank to nearly 66 billion VND for members and farmers to invest in production and business...

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the 1st Congress of the Farmers' Association of Ea Ktur Commune, term 2025-2030 determined: Innovating the content and methods of operation, building a strong association organization. The Association continues to promote the tradition of solidarity, actively participate in building the Party, government and the great national unity bloc.

The congress also set out 11 specific targets. These include recruiting 700 or more new members; establishing at least 5 professional associations and 5 professional branches; providing training to improve the qualifications and skills of 1,225 good farmers; having at least 70% of farmer members equipped with digital knowledge and skills...

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association and Ea Ktur commune presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Ea Ktur Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress approved the decisions to appoint 21 people to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Ea Ktur Commune for the first term, 2025-2030. Mr. Nie Lai, Party Committee member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune was appointed as Chairman of the Association.
