On Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, many young people arrived early to wait for the rehearsal ceremony taking place that evening, while police were on duty to ensure security and order. At the beginning of Trang Thi, near the Cua Nam intersection, people were lining up, eagerly waiting for the preliminary ceremony. At the corner of Hang Chao - Nguyen Thai Hoc streets, all vehicles are strictly prohibited from circulating. At the checkpoints, security forces are on duty to guide and support people. Barriers are being urgently installed on Le Duan Street. Tents serving the people are installed on many streets. Public toilets on Quang Trung street are ready to serve. Mobile trash cans are placed along barriers on streets and in crowded areas, creating conditions for people to join hands in keeping the environment clean while watching the preliminary ceremony.
