The Gia Lai Provincial Border Guard Command was assigned by the Border Guard High Command to select 11 officers, professional soldiers and 2 female soldiers to participate in the parade and march in mission A80.
During the training and participation in the mission, the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard promoted their sense of responsibility, overcame all difficulties and hardships, with high determination in training and excellently completed the assigned tasks, leaving many good impressions on the people of the whole country.

In recognition of the above contributions, the Ministry of National Defense awarded certificates of merit to 6 comrades, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army awarded certificates of merit to 5 comrades, and the Border Guard Command awarded certificates of merit to 2 comrades.
Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Cong - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Border Guard Command acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of the officers and soldiers participating in mission A80.
At the same time, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Cong hopes that after completing the A80 mission, the officers and soldiers will return to their units and continue to promote their abilities and strengths; contributing to improving the qualifications of officers and soldiers, especially in training and practice.
At the meeting, the Provincial Border Guard Command presented gifts to encourage 13 officers and soldiers participating in mission A80; thereby further motivating them to constantly strive, contribute, and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting the sacred border sovereignty of the Fatherland.
