The selection process was carried out rigorously, adhering strictly to standards regarding height, health, age, and political background, ensuring 100% of the required personnel were present. From the very beginning, units organized rigorous training, using individual and group-by-group basic exercises as a foundation, progressing to full-scale training, ensuring the parade formation was "correct, uniform, strong, beautiful, and majestic."

Throughout the training process, political agencies intensified ideological education and propaganda work on the great significance of the holiday, launching emulation movements with the theme "Unity, Responsibility, and Victory," creating a vibrant atmosphere for training.

100% of officers and soldiers deeply understand the honor and responsibility, overcome difficulties, and are determined to complete their tasks. The Military Region also organized sports competitions, drew lessons learned, and promptly rewarded outstanding collectives and individuals, creating motivation for the entire force to strive for excellence.
