In 2024, the commune mobilized 500 million VND to build advanced new rural areas. Ms. Lo Thuy Dung, Deputy Director of Lang Son Agricultural and Forestry Products Processing and Export Company Limited (Nhan Ly commune) said: To join hands with the commune to build new rural areas, in 2024, the company donated 10 million VND to support the commune in carrying out some tasks related to building new rural areas.

With the joint efforts of the people, businesses and investment resources from the State, the implementation of new rural construction in the commune has achieved positive results. By the end of 2024, Nhan Ly commune was recognized as a commune meeting advanced new rural standards. Since the completion of the construction of advanced new rural areas, the appearance of the commune's rural areas has changed significantly. As a result, in the first 4 months of 2025, the commune mobilized people to participate in dredging, repairing, digging and filling ditches in the fields to ensure water supply for agricultural production, and concretizing 750 m of rural roads. At the same time, the villages mobilized people to participate in cleaning village roads and alleys at least twice a month. In particular, to develop production and increase income for people, from the beginning of 2025 up to now, Nhan Ly commune has continued to promote people to plant and care for chili models (an area of ​​more than 40 hectares, currently preparing to enter the harvest season) and maintain production and consumption links with Lang Son Agricultural and Forestry Products Processing and Export Company Limited; maintain planting and care for Taiwanese apple models (an area of ​​5 hectares)...
