Dialogue on the implementation of policies and laws on occupational safety and health.

On the morning of December 17th, the Department of Internal Affairs - the Standing Agency of the Occupational Safety and Health Council of Khanh Hoa province - organized a dialogue conference on the implementation of occupational safety and health policies and laws with employers and employees in the province in 2025. The conference was attended by approximately 200 delegates representing relevant departments, agencies, and businesses.

At the conference, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Occupational Safety and Health Council addressed the difficulties, obstacles, and recommendations of businesses in implementing occupational safety and health regulations. Council members directly discussed and answered many questions related to working conditions, occupational health care, social insurance, and the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. For issues beyond their authority, the council recorded, compiled, and proposed that the competent authorities consider and resolve them as soon as possible.

Through dialogue, we contribute to resolving difficulties, raising awareness and responsibility among employers in ensuring the legitimate rights of workers; and strengthening coordination between state management agencies, trade unions, and businesses. This is also an important basis for improving mechanisms and policies and enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement on occupational safety and health, aiming to build a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment in the province.
