Arsenal's young star rivals U17 Vietnam in World Cup ticket competition

UAE U17 announced the list of players participating in the 2025 AFC U17 Championship, including young talents from Arsenal Club.

Recently, U17 UAE has finalized the list of 23 players to aim for the 2025 AFC U17 Finals.

Among the 23 names announced is the appearance of striker Jayden Adetiba.

The star, born in 2009, has parents who are both Nigerian but used to live in Dubai, so he is eligible for UAE citizenship.

Jayden Adetiba joined Arsenal's youth academy at the age of 9 and is currently playing for the London club's youth team.

But to find a place at a higher level in the club's shirt, Jayden Adetiba will move to play for Ipswich Town after this season.

In the past, this prodigy also played for the UAE U15 and U16 teams and is expected to be a mainstay of the UAE U17 team at the 2025 AFC U17 Championship.

At the 2025 AFC U17 Championship, UAE U17 is in the same group with Vietnam U17, Japan U17 and Australia U17.

As for U17 Vietnam, the team is currently training in Oman to prepare for the upcoming important tournament.

On March 30, coach Cristiano Roland and his team went to Saudi Arabia to attend the 2025 U17 Asia Championship.

In this tournament, U17 Vietnam will face U17 Australia (April 4), U17 Japan (April 7) and U17 UAE (April 10).

If they pass the group stage, U17 Vietnam will also have a ticket to the U17 World Cup.
