Ingredient:
- Pomfret
- Raw vegetables, green onions, cucumber, pineapple, fish mint, perilla, chili and lemon
- Spices: seasoning powder, sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, chili sauce, turmeric powder, salt, peanuts, onion and garlic
Making:
- After buying the pomfret, wash it with salt and then rub lemon on the body to remove the fishy smell. Next, cut the fish diagonally and vice versa to create a checkered pattern on the body of the fish. Doing this will help the fish cook faster and the fish meat will absorb the sauce.
- Wash and drain raw vegetables, cut cucumber and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop green onions, add hot oil to make scallion oil.
- Finely chopped chili, onion and garlic
- Add seasoning powder, turmeric powder, sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, minced garlic and onion, chili sauce to a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the marinade evenly on both sides of the fish. Put the fish in the air fryer, select the grill mode, then grill for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius and flip the fish over and grill for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees until evenly golden brown.
After grilling, decorate the fish with scallion oil and peanuts. Serve with lettuce and raw vegetables to enhance the flavor of the dish. Dip with fish sauce for a great taste.
