The Provincial Media Center coordinated with the Provincial Literature and Arts Association to edit and publish Ha Long newspaper No. 710, released on October 20, 2024.
Ha Long Newspaper has 16 pages, including many news and articles about literary and artistic activities and life taking place in the province; new works by artists and many other interesting contents.

- Page 1, section " Literary Forum " newspaper has the article " Poetry today with readers " by Nguyen Van Tho .
- Page 2 is some information about literary and artistic activities in the province.
- Page 3, the newspaper published a short story responding to the Short Story Contest of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association "Under the Ashes of Stone" by Lai Tuan Hien .
- Pages 4 and 5, on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), the newspaper introduces some new works by female authors: Le Thu Huong , Nguyen Thi Minh Duc, Duong Tuyet Nhung, Nguyen Thu Mat, Khoi Nguyen, Quy Duyen, Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, Vu Thi Huyen, Pham Minh Thuoc, Vi Thuy Linh, Bui Thi Hong.
