Phu Tho's tourism industry has implemented many comprehensive solutions, investing in infrastructure, developing distinctive tours and routes, improving the quality of tourism human resources and service quality. At the same time, it has strengthened digital transformation in tourism promotion activities, maintaining and developing tourism websites, tourism apps, the "Dat To" YouTube channel, and social media platforms... attracting tens of millions of visits to Phu Tho tourism information.

In particular, the Phu Tho tourism promotion website, visitphutho.vn, was launched in English; a brand identity for tourism in Hung Lo, Xuan Son, Long Coc, and Bach Hac was developed. In addition, Phu Tho's tourism industry continues to implement the program of cooperation and development of tourism among the 8 expanded Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City, creating more attractive inter-provincial tourist routes to attract tourists to the ancestral land.

According to Nguyen Duc Hoa, Director of the Phu Tho Tourism Information and Promotion Center: Besides cultural and spiritual tourism tours, resort tourism, community tourism, and eco-tourism, which have been effectively developed and attracted many tourists, the highlight of Phu Tho tourism during this year's Ancestor Commemoration Day is the "Colorful Tourism of the Ancestral Land - Phu Tho 2025" event, taking place from April 3rd to 7th at Van Lang Park. This event will feature various activities promoting and introducing Phu Tho tourism; fostering tourism development linkages; and preserving and promoting cultural heritage... "Colorful Tourism of the Ancestral Land" is an invitation for tourists to explore the origins, immerse themselves in nature, and enjoy the unique culture of Phu Tho.

The province currently has 381 accommodation establishments, including 50 hotels and 331 guesthouses that have been assessed as meeting the requirements to serve tourists. During this year's Hung Kings Commemoration Day, a significant increase in tourist numbers is expected. Therefore, accommodation establishments in the province have prepared the necessary conditions, renovated rooms and grounds, ensured security, and are ready to welcome visitors. Many hotels and guesthouses have committed to not increasing prices, publicly displaying price lists at the reception desk and on their websites, and promoting them on social media. This proactive approach will create a positive impression, presenting tourists with a friendly and hospitable image.

During the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in the year of the Snake 2025, the provincial tourism industry, in coordination with tourism businesses and travel agencies, launched a series of programs to stimulate demand and attract tourists to Phu Tho, such as opportunities to receive 20-50% discounts on food and accommodation services; free vouchers to experience Xoan singing, drumming, tea picking, making Hung Lo rice noodles, wrapping banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), pounding banh giay (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes)...

The festival section (Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week) is organized with many rich activities, attracting tourists to Phu Tho such as: the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week; the "Colors of Ancestral Land Tourism" program; the Ancestral Land Book Fair; thematic exhibition introducing documents and artifacts from the Hung King era; cultural camp and exhibition, promotion, and introduction of local products and specialties; Phu Tho folk art and song festival; performance of ancient village Xoan singing; competition for wrapping and cooking banh chung and pounding banh giay; Hung King Cup volleyball tournament for strong teams, "Returning to the Source" marathon...
