Specifically, on April 1, Vietnam Airlines officially resumed direct flights from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur with a frequency of 3 flights/week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Currently, the airline is operating 7 flights/week on the Ho Chi Minh City-Kuala Lumpur route. The reopening of this route helps to enhance trade and cooperation between Vietnam and Malaysia, which is the ASEAN Chair in 2025 and one of our country's important economic partners in the region.

Previously, from March 30, the airline reconnected two destinations , Ho Chi Minh City and Hong Kong, with a frequency of one flight per day, bringing the total number of round-trip flights from Vietnam to Asia's leading destination to 14 flights per week.

This contributes to promoting trade between two major economic centers in the region, while facilitating travel for businessmen, investors and tourists.

The resumption of the above three routes and the opening of the Ho Chi Minh City-Beijing route via Daxing airport from March 30 not only demonstrates Vietnam Airlines' efforts to complete its international flight network but also makes an important contribution to enhancing the country's position in the region and the world.
