Although he was born later, in 1980, when many people in his hometown had chosen the surnames Nguyen, Pham, Tran, etc. as their surnames, he still chose the surname Ho. Mr. Nai confided: “I have had the surname Ho since my grandparents. I am happy and proud to have the surname Uncle Ho. Uncle Ho came here to solve all the difficulties for the people. At that time, there was no food to eat, no clothes to wear, and we had to shave trees to make pants. Since Uncle Ho came to care about everything, this place has had schools for education. In my hometown, village 2, Tra Cam commune, there are many people with the surname Ho.

As Uncle Ho's descendants, we must study hard and follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh. In the past, our grandparents and parents with the surname Ho followed the Revolution and were awarded the second-class resistance medal by the State. I am very happy because I have the surname Ho, and am a descendant of Uncle Ho. Having the surname Ho, in the future my descendants will also have the surname Ho, and I am very proud.
